CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AT TECHSOLVE II BUSINESS PARK
A 25,000-square-foot industrial / warehouse building is nearing completion at Port Authority-owned TechSolve II Business Park in Roselawn. The building was originally planned to be 12,000 sf, but was expanded in response to market demand. Several prospective tenants have shown interest and CBRE is actively marketing the property located at 7199 Shona Drive.
The TechSolve II Business Park is the result of a land development partnership with the Port Authority and the City of Cincinnati. It is an expansion of the 143-acre TechSolve business park located less than 1 mile from I-75. There is strong interest in the remaining park sites. Tax abatement and other incentives are available.
